INGREDIENTS

Dough for pizza base

Toasted hazelnuts

Small marshmallows

Raspberries

Top cao cream Dulcesol no palm fat

Milk

PREPARATION

Prepare a chocolate sauce, mixing a few tablespoons of Top Cao with a little milk until you get a liquid texture.

 

Spread the dough on a parchment paper and bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes until it starts to brown.

 

Cover with a good layer of Top Cao and place the chopped hazelnuts and marshmallows on top.

 

Bake 5 more minutes to melt and brown the marshmallows, remove from the oven and garnish with some fresh raspberries and the chocolate sauce.
