Today we are thinking of preparing this delicious anise cakes cake from Dulcesol with cream and chocolate. It is a very easy to prepare sweet recipe that we know will surprise you! It is ideal for any occasion, do you dare to prepare it? These are the ingredients and the step by step you will need to prepare this delicious sweet dessert:

For the pastry cream:

300 ml. whole milk

1 pc. cinnamon stick

60 g. sugar

2 units egg yolks

15 g. fine corn flour

For the chocolate ganache:

180 ml. whipping cream

180 g. melted chocolate

For the cream and chocolate cake:


12 pc. of Anise and sesame cakes Dulcesol

Custard cream

Chocolate Ganache

Rolled almonds

Chocolate balls


For the pastry cream: Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick in a saucepan until boiling, let it infuse for 5 minutes and remove the cinnamon. 

In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the fine corn flour, the sugar and a little of the hot milk. Beat and return to the saucepan. Heat until thick without stopping to stir and reserve.

For the chocolate ganache: heat the cream in another saucepan until boiling, turn off the heat, add the melted chocolate. Mix until completely integrated and reserve as well.

For the cream and chocolate cake: dip the cakes in a little milk and assemble the cake like a millefeuille with layers of the cakes interspersed with layers of cream and layers of chocolate. 

Finish by covering with chocolate and decorate with the rolled almonds and chocolate balls.
